STUDY DESIGN

• 20 female subjects between 30-65 years old with hyperpigmentation on the face secondary to photo-aging and melasma

• AM/PM usage of the SCMS and Enlighten MD following a 3 week acclimation period

CONCLUSION

• 75% of subjects with melasma (9 of 12) experienced a reduction in MASI scores

• 74% of subjects experienced a reduction in photo-aging

• 100% of subjects reported improvement in their skin in at least 2 or more categories

• 95% of subjects indicated improved skin quality

• 89% subjects indicated a positive intent to purchase (17 of 19)

• High subject satisfaction with no reported cases of irritation or acclimation problems

• 95% study subject completion rate
